If you are a low-income North Carolina taxpayer who earns less than 250% of the federal poverty standard and you need assistance resolving a tax dispute with the IRS, or if you speak English as a second language and need help understanding your taxpayer rights and responsibilities, you may qualify for free help from the Tax Clinic.
